Who we are

runupbiz is a small app studio run by a solo founder in Malaysia. Contact: [email protected].

What runupbiz.com collects

• Account: your email address and a hashed password. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the email address and an identifier of that Google account.
• Sign-in: authentication cookies (httpOnly) keep you signed in. Each sign-in session records the device type, IP address and country it came from, so you can review and end your sessions in the workspace.
• In your browser: one local flag that remembers you have signed in on this browser, so the page knows to check your session. Our pages store nothing else in your browser.
• Server logs: like any website, our servers and our network provider Cloudflare process your IP address and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What runupbiz.com does not do

• No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising code on runupbiz.com’s own pages (home, sign-in, workspace).
• We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.

Email

We send account emails only: verification, password resets and email-change confirmations. We do not send marketing mail.

Your rights

You can ask to see, export or delete your data at any time. To close your account, see Delete your account or email [email protected]. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Children

Apps for children are used through a parent’s account; children never sign in to runupbiz.com. The app’s own privacy page says what is kept about a child.

Purchases

Purchases, if any, are handled by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play’s policy.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, the change is announced at the top of this page.
