These terms apply to your runupbiz account and to the runupbiz apps. An app may add its own terms on its own page.
The service
runupbiz makes small software tools for individuals, run by a solo founder in Malaysia.
Your account
- One runupbiz account works across all the apps. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in details.
- You can close your account at any time: see Delete your account or email [email protected]. The data stored with the account is deleted with it.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, probe or overload the services.
- Do not use the apps to store unlawful content.
- Health tracking (GlycoLog) is for personal record keeping and is not medical advice.
Purchases
Purchases, if any, are handled by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play’s policy.
Availability and liability
The apps are provided “as is”. We work hard on reliability, but small tools can have downtime, and we are not liable for indirect losses from an interruption.
Intellectual property
runupbiz, the app names and their logos belong to the founder. What you create inside the apps belongs to you.
Governing law
