Three steps from receipt to result
Scan the receipt
Point the camera at the bill or pick a photo. Kira reads the items and prices on the phone itself, then lets you check every row against the photo.
Tap who had what
Pick the people at the table, then tap each dish for whoever ate it. Shared plates split equally or by portion.
Share the result
Each person's total, with tax, service and cash rounding included. Send it as a picture or text and tick people off as they pay you back.
Made for the table, not the office
Any country, your rules
Set tax, service and cash rounding to match the bill in front of you. Kira ships no built-in rates that could be wrong where you are.
Who owes whom
History keeps every split and adds up what friends still owe you, per currency, from the bills you have finished.
A people book
Kira remembers the friends you split with, so the next dinner starts with their names already there.
Your data, your files
Back up everything to one file, restore it on a new phone, or export a spreadsheet of your splits.
Your receipts never leave your phone
Kira has no account and no server for your data. Photos are read on the phone, and splits, names and amounts are stored only there. The free version shows Google AdMob ads, which Google serves without any of your receipt data.
Free to use
Every feature is free, with a small ad on the Home and History screens and never while you split a bill. Kira Pro, an upgrade inside the app, removes the ads and adds more accent colours.
