1 · Service Description · 服务说明
叫人 is a kinship term calculator for Chinese families, including Malaysian usage: an Android app; the Google Play listing is coming soon. The App provides Chinese kinship terminology in Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, Hakka, English and Malay.
叫人 是面向华人家庭的亲属称谓计算器（含马来西亚常用叫法），是一款 Android 应用（即将在 Google Play 上架），提供普通话、福建话、粤语、客家话、英语和马来语的称谓对照。
2 · Acceptable Use · 合理使用
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the kinship database
- Reproduce the App's content or design for commercial purposes without written permission
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
- Attempt to access or modify server-side data
- Use the App in any manner that violates the law that applies to you
您可将本应用用于个人非商业目的。未经书面许可，不得爬取数据、商业复制内容或反向工程。
3 · Intellectual Property · 知识产权
- The App's code, design, UI, and branding are owned by 叫人
- Kinship terminology data is derived from publicly known cultural and linguistic traditions; we claim no ownership over the terms themselves
- Cultural notes and dialect descriptions authored by us are our intellectual property
- 本应用的代码、设计、界面和品牌归 叫人 所有。亲属称谓数据源自公共文化传统，我们不主张对称谓本身的所有权
4 · Google Play and Ads · Google Play 与广告
- Purchases, if any, are handled by Google Play; refunds follow Google Play's policy. Any right that the consumer law of your country gives you also applies
- 购买（如有）由 Google Play 处理，退款按 Google Play 的政策办理；您所在国家的消费者保护法赋予您的权利照常适用
- 叫人 may show ads served by Google (Google AdMob in the Android app, Google AdSense on the website). Ads are provided by Google under Google's terms; see the Privacy Policy for the data Google collects
- 叫人可能显示由 Google 提供的广告（Android App 内为 Google AdMob，网站为 Google AdSense）。Google 收集哪些数据请见隐私政策
5 · Accuracy Disclaimer · 准确性声明
Kinship terminology varies significantly across Chinese dialects, regions, and family traditions. The terms provided are general references based on common usage; dialect terms follow common Malaysian usage. Always defer to your family's specific customs for formal occasions. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for all regional variants.
亲属称谓因方言、地区和家族传统差异显著。本应用提供的称谓为常见用法参考，方言称谓以马来西亚常见叫法为准，正式场合请以家族具体习惯为准。
5b · Your Data and Your Risk · 数据与自行承担风险
The App is provided "as is". You use it at your own risk. Your family tree is kept on your own device; devices get lost, broken, reset or cleared, and apps can lose their data. You are responsible for keeping your own copies (use Export, GEDCOM and the print output). To the fullest extent permitted by law, 叫人 is not liable for any loss of, damage to or corruption of your data, family tree, photos or settings, or for any loss, cost or damage that comes from using the App, relying on a kinship term, a calculation or a copy we store, or from the App or a feature being unavailable.
本应用按“现状”提供，使用风险由您自行承担。您的家谱保存在您自己的设备上；设备会丢失、损坏、重置或被清理，应用也可能丢失自己的数据。请您自行保管副本（使用导出、GEDCOM 以及打印输出）。在法律允许的最大范围内，叫人 不对您的数据、家谱、照片或设置的丢失、损坏或错乱承担责任，也不对因使用本应用、依赖某个称谓、某次计算或我们保存的副本，或因本应用或某项功能不可用而产生的任何损失、费用或损害承担责任。
This does not remove any right that mandatory consumer-protection law gives you, and it does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
这不影响强制性消费者保护法赋予您的任何权利，也不限制法律不允许限制的责任。
6 · Availability · 服务可用性
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time
- The core kinship calculator in the Android app works offline

7 · Limitation of Liability · 责任限制
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 叫人 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App (see section 5b). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, that you spent on the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
在法律允许的最大范围内，叫人 不对使用本应用产生的直接或间接损失、数据丢失承担责任（见第 5b 条）。我们的总责任不超过您在索赔前 12 个月内为本应用支出的金额（如有）。
8 · Governing Law · 适用法律
Nothing in these terms takes away the rights that the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you live gives you. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and, to the extent the law allows, any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
本条款不影响您居住国强制性消费者保护法赋予您的权利。除此之外，本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，并在法律允许的范围内，任何争议提交马来西亚法院专属管辖。
9 · Changes · 条款更新
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the App.
我们可能更新本条款。继续使用即视为接受。重大变更将通过应用通知。
